Leslie Charles Savage

    BLOOMFIELD. LESLIE CHARLES SAVAGE, age 63 of Bloomfield died February 6, 2006 at his home in Bloomfield. He was born August 11, 1942 in New Hampton, Iowa to DeVere L. and Virginia C. Waller Savage. He married Mary Quirk May 26, 1961 in LeGrand, Iowa. He served in the United States Air Force. He had been a resident of Bloomfield since 1989 and worked in the auto parts department at Bloomfield Ford for 8 years.

   He is survived by his wife; 3 daughters Lori Savage of Clear Lake, Iowa and Diane Savage and Peggy Sue Ludwick both of Des Moines, Iowa; 3 grandchildren; a great grandson and 2 sisters Joanne Wilkinson of Naranja, Florida and Jeanette Duncan of Tabor City, North Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Douglas Savage.

The body has been cremated. Graveside services will be held a later date at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Mason City, Iowa. Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of the arrangements.
