   ST. CHARLES, MO - George R. Zednichek, 65, of St. CHarles, MO, formerly of Marshalltown, died Jan.14, 2009.

   The family is being served by The Baue Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 W. Clay St., St. Charles, MO., where visitation will be Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m. Memorial services will be 2 P.M Sunday at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center.  Interment will be at St. Charles Memorial Gardens.  Memorials may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Share your condolences and memories at www.baue.com.

   He is the dearest husband of Mary Zednichek; dear son of the late George W. and Ada C. Zednichek; devoted father of Michael (Sandi) P.Zednichek, Cathy (Tommy) Trendley, Thersea A. (Ron) Snyder, Sandra (Steve) M. Garrett, Jeffrey (Diana) Schwartz and Dennis Schwartz; beloved grandfather of Frankie, Jessica, Nicole, Brad, Cassie, Matt and Gregory.

   He is preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret R. Zednichek (nee: Gould).
