Age 81
Passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024.
Carol loved being a teacher and aerobics instructor; She loved being at the beach and most of all being surrounded by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Mitchell; son, Brent Mitchell.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Chloe Nicole Mitchell; her sister Sandy Rusher; and all of her many nieces and nephews.
A graveside will be Friday, January 3, 2024 at 1 pm at Pineland Cemetery in Centreville with Herman Pair officiating.

Carol and I have stayed connected, all through the years. Murphy and I would stay, with Carol, on our winter's in Alabama, as we traveled further South, every year. We have been friend's, since Kindergarten. I will miss, our many, many long phone conversations,recently. She went through, so much, in her life time, with her health and losing her family. My heart and prayers, are with Sandy Sacarro Rusher and, Chole, her granddaughter, and all, of the Mitchell family... she will be missed. A good, good friend, for many, many years, Carol Ann.
