Robert A. Propp

July 29, 1942 - June 6, 2019

          Robert A. Propp, 76, of Marshalltown, IA, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019, at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames, IA.

      Graveside Services will be held at a later date in Riverside Cemetery in Marshalltown.

    Robert was born July 29, 1942, to Charles and Ethel Propp in Woodward, IA. He graduated high school from Marshalltown High School in 1961. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War.

     Robert was united in marriage to Gladys Shay in June of 1965. Robert was employed with Swifts in Marshalltown for 31 years. 

      Robert is survived by his three children: Michael Propp of Marshalltown, Sheryl (Lowell) Moyer of Beaman, IA, David Propp of Marshalltown, and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys.
