(From her daughter Mindy Tullis)

✝️ Our Mom, Wife and Grandma went home with the Lord yesterday. She had a difficult couple of months. She incurred a brain bleed in January, went to skilled care, then home with in-home health services.     She and Dad were admitted to IVH and after 3 days, she was hospitalized at St Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids on the Neurology floor. It was determined she would not recover from the hemorrhage, so returned to IVH. She was referred to Iowa River Hospice services on Monday. We were blessed with her love and are grateful for the time we had with her. 💔

Paul could always make a person feel better. We had lots of fun as classmates. Unfortunately, my family moved to Illinois 2-3 yrs after we graduation from high school, so I did not get to see Paula very often. She always made the day brighter. I know she is doing the same now. My sympathy to her family. May your good memories help you through this difficult time. Sincerely,Cindy Cooper Worsley

I'm sorry for Paula's family to experience this loss.  Every memory I have of her includes a smile, because she was so often smiling. I trust the family finds peace and comfort in fond, loving memories.  May you be blessed.

I first met Paula at the First Methodist Church in Marshalltown where we both attended as teenagers.

After four years attending Timber Creek #2 country school,  I returned to seventh grade at Central Junior High School and had some classes with her.  She was always in a good mood and pleasant to be around, always smiling.

I enjoyed visiting with her at the class dinners and she will be missed.  Warren Pitcher 3/11/2024
